Verification of Enrollment
A verification of enrollment certifies that a student is in attendance at Woodland Community College during a specific time period. Students may request a verification of enrollment through the Admissions and Records Office. Processing time for verifications are 5 business days. During the first two weeks of the Fall or Spring semesters and during the first week of a Summer term, the only verifications that will be processed are Loan Deferments, Scholarships, Unemployment, and Child Care.
After this time, all other verification requests will be processed. Verifications are to be picked up by the student with a valid photo ID from the Admissions and Records Office. If a third party is requesting information, it will be returned to the third party as it was received. A signed student release needs to accompany all third party requests and they will be returned according to our procedure outlined above.
