    Services Available:

    Drop-In consultations:

These can be one time or occasional meetings ranging 30 -50 minutes. You can schedule an appointment or call at your earliest convenience to check for same day availability.

    Individual Counseling:
Individual counseling sessions are confidential short-term therapy available to all enrolled WCC students at no charge. Typically, students will meet with behavioral health clinician on a weekly basis (unless determined differently during initial appointment) and work together towards reaching personal goals and/or obtain support during challenging situations.

    Group Counseling:
Group services is a great way to meet with other students who can relate to one another. Students will find a forum of peer support, gaining strength as they share their feelings and experiences with other students who are facing the same obstacles as themselves. Groups typically consist of 4-10 students meeting weekly and are available to all registered students. Some groups meet for only a few weeks and focus on a specific topic, while other groups meet throughout the semester and have a broader focus. These groups require for you to meet one time individually with a therapist prior to registering. Some groups are drop-in workshop style with no pre-registration needed. Please, Call or email Student Health Center for current groups available.
