Student ID Cards

Starting December 7, 2020 Woodland Community College will be providing free photo ID’s for all students enrolled in at least one class and for all faculty and employees.

To get a WCC ID card, you must:

Students:

  • Be enrolled in at least one class (not waitlisted)
  • Provide a copy of your class schedule
  • Provide a photo ID for pickup
  • Get your photo taken or submit a request online via the WCC ID Card request form

Faculty and Employees:

  • Be a WCC employee, with a valid employee ID number or employment verification from Human Resources
  • Provide a photo ID for pickup
  • Get your photo taken or submit a request online via the WCC ID Card request form

Pick-up Locations 

  • WCC Woodland Campus, Student Services – 700 building
  • WCC Colusa County Campus, Student Engagement & Outreach Office
  • WCC Lake County Campus, Administration – 100 building

Replacement Cards 

Replacement cards are available for a $5.00 fee. A receipt must be presented at time of pickup.

COVID-19 Protocols

If you prefer to request your ID card in person, you must:

  1. Wear a mask that can be removed temporarily to have photo taken
  2. Follow social distancing and established safety guidelines

FAQ’s 

  • Can I receive a WCC ID card if I do not have one of the required documents?
    • No, all documents must be provided at time of pick-up.
  • What type of photo ID can be presented?
    • Any type of form of identification that has your photo and name.
