The first two copies of your transcripts (official or unofficial) are free of charge. After that, there is a $5.00 charge per copy.
Unofficial Transcripts:
If you need an unofficial transcript, you can print off a FREE copy through Self-Service.
If you do not have access to a computer, you can request a copy of your unofficial transcript at the Admissions & Records Office by filling out the transcript request form. Remember that a $5.00 fee may apply if you are requesting an unofficial copy from the Admissions & Records Office. Photo identification is REQUIRED for all transcript requests.
Official Transcripts:
Transcripts are typically processed within 5 working days. Students receive the first two copies ever requested for free. Additional copies cost $5.00 each. During registration periods, processing may take up to 7 working days.
If rush service is requested, your order will be processed at the time you pick up your transcript. A $10.00 fee will be charged for rush service. The $10.00 rush processing fee is in addition to any fees owed for the standard processing of transcripts ($5.00 per transcript after the first two free transcripts).
WCC campuses will be closed starting November 28 at 3pm and will re-open on Monday, December 2 at 8am. Please take this into consideration for regular processing times.
