PE1.27 Fitness Walking/Jogging
Individualized walking/jogging program designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Emphasis on Lifetime fitness including principles of nutrition, fitness, and safety.
Transferable to both UC and CSU

PE10MR Intercollegiate Soccer - Men's
This course is designed to build student athletes' soccer fundamentals and skills, review rules, and teach individual and/or team strategies appropriate to intercollegiate athletics competition in Men's Competitive Soccer. Students will be required to purchase soccer cleats and shin guards. This course may be taken four times for credit.

This course is designed for students who wish to improve their sports condition skills on and off the field. An emphasis on preparatory conditioning necessary for intercollegiate competition in Men's Competitive Soccer. Development of sport-specific strength, power, endurance, agility, and flexibility as well as mental training techniques. This course may be taken a total of 4 times.
