History
The Student Research Symposium was first organized in 2010 by Professor Nili Kirschner to highlight the research projects of students in the Social Science Research Methods course. Over time, the event has expanded to include original student research not just in psychology and sociology, but also agriculture and plant science, biology, ethnic studies, and the MESA program.
