There are a few reasons why you might not have received your financial aid award letter yet:

• Your financial aid file may still be incomplete—you may need to submit additional documents
• You might have submitted the wrong application (FAFSA vs. CADAA)
• You may not meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements
• There may be a hold on your account

To check your status, log into Self-Service and review your Financial Aid Checklist. You can also contact the Financial Aid Office to find out exactly what’s missing or what steps to take next.
