Return to Title IV, or R2T4, is a federal process that applies if you withdraw from all your classes before completing 60% of the term. In that case, Woodland Community College may have to return some of your financial aid to the government, and you might owe a balance. Always talk to Financial Aid before fully withdrawing so you know what to expect.
