• Textbooks: 7 days from class start, or 2 days from purchase if bought later; 30 days if you drop the course; not refundable during finals week (buyback may apply)
• eBooks: Refundable within 14 days of first access, or 30 days if unopened
• Damaged/incorrect items: Full replacement or refund, including shipping
