How to apply using CCCApply
To become a student at Woodland Community College, you must first complete an application through CCCApply, the statewide community college application system. This process is free and available to all students.
Before You Start
- Make sure you have a valid email address you can check regularly
- Have your Social Security Number (if you have one), education history, and residency information ready
- Set aside 20–30 minutes to complete the application
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to the Application Website
- Visit https://www.cccapply.org/
- Click “Apply Now”
- Select “Woodland Community College” from the list of colleges
2. Create an OpenCCC Account
- If you’ve never applied to a California community college before, click “Create an Account”
- Follow the prompts to set up your account and verify your email
- If you already have an OpenCCC account, log in with your username and password
3. Complete the Application
- Choose the correct term (e.g., Fall 2024, Spring 2025)
- Enter your personal, contact, and education history information
- Select your intended major and educational goal
- Review and submit your application
4. Check Your Email
- After submitting your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email from CCCApply
- Within a few days, you’ll get a Welcome Email from Woodland Community College with your student ID and next steps
