The April edition of WCC Insights is now available!

It’s been a busy and exciting month at WCC. Registration for Summer and Fall begins on Monday, April 21 and we are excited to continue our growth and momentum.  Attached please find the April Edition of WCC Insights. I also share a few recent updates below!

2025 Eagles of Excellence

On April 11, 2025, Woodland Community College hosted the annual Eagles of Excellence celebration, honoring individuals and organizations that have significantly impacted the college, its students, and the surrounding community. This inspiring evening featured WCC’s talented culinary students. The event continued with a heartfelt program recognizing this year’s honorees for their dedication and service. More than just a celebration, this year’s Eagles of Excellence served as a key fundraiser for vital college programs, including math, music, arts, culinary arts, soccer, and emergency student grants. A copy of the program is attached.

WCC Soccer Field Design Approved by DSA

I’m excited to share that the WCC Soccer Field Design has been officially approved by the DSA, and the Request for Proposals (RFP) is now live. Interested parties can review the details and submit their proposals by May 16. Check out the attached flyer for more information and submission guidelines.
