Technology Lab

The Adaptive Technology Lab (ATL) provides students with disabilities access to computers equipped with special adaptive software and hardware. The lab is open to any student who is registered with Woodland Community College Department of Supportive Programs and Services (DSPS).

Location

The ATL is located within the DSPS department in Building 700, room 764 and is open during regular DSPS hours.

Adaptive software in the Lab includes:

  • Kurzweil 3000/1000 – A reading, study skill, and writing program used to meet the needs of struggling learners.

  • Scanners and Printers
  • CCTV/Video Magnifier
  • Large Screen Monitors
  • Ergonomic Furniture
