There are eight TV displays at Woodland Community College and one at Colusa County Campus. They are located around campus in high-traffic hallways and lobbies. The Office of Student Services manages all TV displays.
Who can submit requests to use the TV Displays?
College department supervisors and ASWCC registered student organizations.
What type of information can I post?
Events and general announcements that promote programs, services and activities related to Student Success at WCC or CCC. Student Services will assume messages are for both campuses. Please tell us if your message is specific to one campus. The Office of Student Services has final approval over all messages.
What type of message format can I use?
Use Microsoft PowerPoint. Please do not use any animation or videos.
- Keep content as concise as possible.
- The entire message should be readable within 10 seconds.
- Use 18-24 point font.
- PowerPoint aspect ratio must be widescreen (16:9).
- Do NOT use embedded PDFs. They distort on the displays making it hard to read.
- Please follow all copyright laws.
How long will my message stay on the TV Displays?
We will remove your message after the event has ended. Student Services decides which ads receive priority. The maximum number of running ads on the TV Displays is 20.
What are the deadlines for submission?
Submit your request at least 10 business days prior to your event.
