How to Apply

  • Applying to Woodland Community College is easy. Just complete the California Community College application (CCCApply) online and submit.
  • Once you have completed the application, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your admission to the college.
  • A WebAdvisor account will be activated within 24 business hours after you complete your application for admission.  This account will allow you to register, add, drop, print your schedule, view your grades, order transcripts, pay your fees and much more.
  • Apply for Financial Aid. In addition to applying for financial aid, if you are a California resident, you will want to apply for the Board of Governor's Enrollment Fee Waiver (BOGW) program. If you are eligible, this program will "waive" your enrollment fees. Make sure to apply at our Financial Aid Office located in the 100 building before you register for courses.
  • Submit all transcripts from other colleges/high schools that you attended if you are planning to take a course where a prerequisite has already been fulfilled, or if you are planning to graduate from the Yuba Community College District and are needing the courses for graduation.

All transcripts should be sent to:
