Step 1 - Complete Online Woodland Community College Application *

An email will be sent giving you further instructions within one business day. This email will provide a link to retrieve your student identification number.
Please allow the Counseling Department 48 hours to process the online orientation once submitted.
Step 2 - Complete Online Orientation*
First, before taking the online orientation, you will need your WebAdvisor Student ID (MyCampus Key ID Number). Your MyCampus Key login is the first initial of your last name (capitalized) + your 7 digit Student ID number (i.e. P0000001). If you do not know your 7 digit number, You can retrieve your WebAdvisor Student ID number here.
You will not actually need to login to WebAdvisor to complete the Orientation, but you can use the link above to find your Student ID number.
Once you have your Student ID number, access online Orientation, and enter your Student ID and password.
If this is your first time logging into a MyCampus Key system, your default password will be your birth date in mmddyy format. (i.e. If you were born on January 1, 2004, your password will be 010104 ), unless you have changed your WebAdvisor password
Step 3 - Take an Assessment Test if you plan to register for an English or math class with a prerequisite.

If you have taken the exam in the last 3 years, those scores are still valid.

You can schedule an appointment to take the placement test by going to the Admissions and Records office (Bldg 700) or by calling (530) 661-5703.
Step 4 - Attend Counseling Session
Once you have taken your assessment test (if you plan to take an English or math class with a prerequisite), go to the Counseling Department (Building 700) or call (530) 661-5703 to schedule a counseling appointment. You may also use the Contact Us email form below (please include your Student ID number and a contact phone number).
With the assistance of the counselor, you will select the courses, as a part of your educational plan, in which you will enroll during your first semester at WCC.
Step 5 - Apply for Financial Aid - Paying for College
You will have 10 days to pay for courses from the time you register. Apply for fee waivers through Financial Aid prior to registering.

Ways to pay:
- Obtain a BOG Fee Waiver
- Pay your fees in full at the time of registration or on WebAdvisor within 10 days
- Students may sign up for a payment plan through WebAdvisor on e-Cashier with a credit card, checking account, or savings account. Nelnet Business Solutions e-Cashier is a third party vendor that allows students to sign up for a monthly payment plan. There is a $25 non-refundable set up fee for this payment plan option. Payment plan options include a down payment and 3 or 4 monthly payments. Payments are automatically drafted on 5th of each month. Currently there is no option to include Parking fees or textbook fees in a payment plan. Please plan ahead.
